Chicken Spaghetti Recipe 2
A great chicken spaghetti recipe to try !
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken meat
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Drain.
2. Coat a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
3. In a large bowl combine the chicken, cooked spaghetti, bell pepper, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and 1 cup of the cheese.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix all together.
5. Spread mixture into the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes. The chicken spaghetti recipeis ready..enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 4-6 chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
  • 8 oz. can ripe olives
  • 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 4-6 tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 12 oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • Celery salt, salt and black pepper, seasoned salt (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook chicken, reserving 6 cups chicken stock. Bone chicken and cut into coarse pieces. Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid). Add liquid from mushrooms and ripe olives to stock and bring to boil, then add spaghetti. Cook until tender. Add cut-up chicken, sauteed mixture and pimento, ripe olives, peas and seasoning salts. Pour half the mixture into 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup grated cheese over mixture. Pour remaining mixture over all, then top with remaining cheese. Bake covered 30-40 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer - serve hot. Temperature to bake is 325 degrees. The chicken spaghetti recipe is ready to serves 8 to 10 persons. Enjoy the feast ! INGREDIENTS:
Use with Basic Mix
  • 1 pkg. 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Dash of garlic
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. chicken mix, defrosted
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave broccoli at high 4 to 6 minutes. Drain and set aside. Place butter in 2 quart casserole melt butter on high 60 seconds. Stir in flour, seasonings then milk. Microwave on high 6 to 11 minutes or until thickened, stirring several times. Add broccoli and chicken.
Place spaghetti in 12 by 8 dish. Pour on sauce evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high 5 minutes rotating dish a half turn after half the time. The chicken spaghetti recipe with broccoli is ready...hmm..mama mia ! Delicious !

  • 1/2 of 1 lb. pkg. Creamette spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked
  • 2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans chunk chicken, drained and flaked
  • 2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 c. chopped red onion
  • 1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Creamette spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
In medium bowl, combine spaghetti, chunk chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes and onion.
In small bowl, blend together Italian dressing, lemon juice, seasoned salt, basil and Beau Monde. Combine dressing with spaghetti mixture.
Cover; chill thoroughly. Toss well before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. The chicken spaghetti recipe is ready to serv....enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
TOMATO SAUCE:
  • 1 med. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole Italian tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
  • 3 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. dry red or white wine
CHICKEN CUTLETS:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves, pounded (1 lb. chicken)
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 oz. cooked spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare sauce: Saute onion in olive oil in medium size heavy saucepan over medium heat until softened, about 3 minutes. Add garlic; saute 1 minute more. Stir in undrained tomatoes, basil, oregano, tomato paste and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat slightly; boil gently until thick, 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare chicken: Whisk egg with milk in shallow dish.
Combine crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on wax paper. Dip cutlets first in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture to coat.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat; add 2 cutlets. Cook until underside is crisp and golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Turn and brown on other side thoroughly, about 2 minutes more.
Drain on paper towels. Add remaining oil to skillet; repeat with remaining cutlets. To serve, place cutlets and spaghetti on plates. Top with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. The chicken spaghetti recipe parmigiana is ready...enjoy your meal ! Delicious !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb. frying chicken
  • Lg. can mushrooms
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • Spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and dry chicken. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on chicken, both sides. Little oil in skillet. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Keep heat low. Brown for 20-25 minutes.Turn off heat and let pan cool a little before taking chicken out.
Add one cup of hot water and scrape all brown off bottom and sides of pan. Add all soups. Turn on heat and simmer until mixed. Add chicken and mushrooms. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Drain and put in large bowl. Spoon gravy and chicken over spaghetti.

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 chicken breasts with bones
  • 2 lg. cans tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. half and half
INSTRUCTIONS
Stew chicken in water and seasonings of your choice. Let cool, cut into bite size pieces. Save stock.
Simmer 4 cups canned tomatoes and 2 cups of chicken stock until liquid is reduced by one half. Season this mixture with parsley, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pinch of basil and thyme; set aside.
Slice and saute mushrooms in butter; drain, then add to above sauce along with meat pieces.
Into mushroom dripping stir in flour, cream and 1/2 of cheese. Heat and stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add to tomato chicken mixture. Mix entire sauce with cooked spaghetti and add remaining cheese on top. Heat 45 minutes at 350 degrees. The chicken spaghetti recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the spaghetti...nice !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cooked, boned chicken
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Sm. jar pimientos
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 pound package spaghetti, cooked and cut into 4 inch lengths
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute celery, onions, and bell pepper in butter; add soups, pimiento, and black pepper. Place 1/2 spaghetti in casserole dish. Add 1/2 the boned chicken and pour 1/2 of soup mixture over this. Cover with 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Repeat with the other half of ingredients, ending with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves about 12 people.

Boil and bone chicken. In large skillet place oil and saute bell pepper 5 minutes, add cheese and soup. Let cheese melt. Add chicken and simmer. Boil spaghetti, when done, drain serve with sauce. The cheesy chicken spaghetti recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 8oz Velveeta
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil chicken (Cooks Note: for more tender chicken, don't boil; simmer slowly over low heat instead). Drain broth into a bowl and reserve.
Boil spaghetti according to package directions.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Combine: chicken, spaghetti, Cream of Mushroom, Rotel (not the whole can), salt, pepper, garlic.
Melt Velveeta in microwave. Stir in milk, just enough to make it as creamy as desired.
