INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. frying chicken
- Lg. can mushrooms
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- Spaghetti
Wash and dry chicken. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on chicken, both sides. Little oil in skillet. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Keep heat low. Brown for 20-25 minutes.Turn off heat and let pan cool a little before taking chicken out.
Add one cup of hot water and scrape all brown off bottom and sides of pan. Add all soups. Turn on heat and simmer until mixed. Add chicken and mushrooms. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Drain and put in large bowl. Spoon gravy and chicken over spaghetti.
