Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Ingredients

* 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken
* 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley
* 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
* 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, shredded
* 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add chicken and boil for 35 to 45 minutes, or until no longer pink inside. Remove chicken from pot, reserving chicken cooking broth in pot, and let cool before deboning. Remove chicken meat from bones and shred. Set aside.
2. In pot with chicken broth, combine the celery, onion, parsley and spaghetti. Bring to a boil and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until spaghetti is al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of broth.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4. Return drained noodles, celery, onion and parsley to pot. Add reserved chicken broth, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup and mushroom slices. Stir together, then evenly fold and spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
* 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
* salt and pepper to taste
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1/2 onion, chopped
* 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
* 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
* 5 ounces shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
* 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Instructions

1. In shallow non-aluminum dish or resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Poke holes in chicken breasts and add to olive oil mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove chicken from refrigerator and cut into half-inch pieces. Cook in large skillet, with marinade, until chicken is light brown and sauce is bubbly. Remove bay leaves. Stir pepper, onion, broccoli, and mushrooms into skillet and allow to simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. While vegetables are cooking, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Return pasta to pot and add chicken mixture and spaghetti sauce. Stir. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Top with shredded cheese.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. The chicken spaghetti recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

* 8 ounces package spaghetti

* 1 small jar pimiento, chopped
* 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
* 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
* 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
* 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, melted
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

In large kettle or Dutch oven, cook hen until tender. Remove chicken and strain broth. Cook the spaghetti in the broth while chicken cools. When chicken is cool enough to handle, remove meat
from bones and chop. Drain spaghetti and add olive oil. In large mixing bowl, combine spaghetti, onion, celery, pimiento, soups and cheese. Add cut up chicken and stir well. Season to taste with
salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in generously greased baking dish and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. The chicken spaghetti is ready to feast...great taste !
